Dominique Silvera-Chittell, in her capacity as Chief Executive & Broker, brings over 25 years of sales and marketing experience to Christie's International Real Estate across the Caribbean, with a portfolio spanning Barbados and Anguilla.

 

She now leads the brand's newest regional expansion with the launch of Christie's International Real Estate in St. Lucia, extending the global Christie's footprint to this dynamic new market.

 

Throughout her career, Dominique has held executive management positions with respected global brands. Her history with Christie's International Real Estate is extensive; she previously served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Christie's International Real Estate in Barbados from 2014 to 2018. During that time, she attended numerous global conferences and earned the exclusive designation of Luxury Real Estate Specialist.

 

After five years away from the brand, the opportunity to return aligned perfectly with her strategic vision. Not only did she rejoin Christie's Real Estate in Barbados, but she has since expanded the regional footprint to encompass Christie's International Real Estate Barbados, Anguilla, and now St. Lucia, marking the brand's continued growth across the Eastern Caribbean.

 

The St. Lucia launch reflects Dominique's strategic approach to territory development: building brand presence through targeted marketing and pipeline generation, securing developer and vendor mandates on landmark luxury projects, and establishing the operational and governance foundations required to bring the Christie's standard of representation to the island's ultra-luxury real estate market.

 

As a Qualified Broker in Barbados, Dominique leads the Christie's International Real Estate brand with a strong emphasis on developer relations, having stewarded multiple significant developments across the Caribbean. She brings deep expertise in real estate marketing and sales, representing a portfolio of over one billion USD in real estate investment. Her exceptional developer relationship management has enabled her to serve clients across Barbados, Jamaica, Anguilla, and Antigua & Barbuda, and now St. Lucia where she continues to deliver strategic guidance and high-value results.
